Can you measure the probe trigger height at each of those corners?
Manually set Z0 with G92 when touching nozzle to the bed.
Move up 10mm

When you send G29 and have a mesh.g file it runs that file. But your mesh.g file doesn't contain G29 S0, so it's not actually running a meshing routine, it's just probing your points. I'm not sure how this will differ. Can you use M557 to setup your 4 point grid and then send G29 S0 to create an actual mesh?

You can roll back firmware to see if that's the case or just a coincidence. The other thing that changes over time is mechanical drift.
