Yes that's the one, but depending on how you're currently connected to the board it may require some different methods to update the firmware.

If you have access to the web interface already you can upload that zip file to the settings tab and it will update everything automatically.

If you're not already connected to the web interface I suggest you start with that.

I got it to update, I had to update to 3 then 3.2.
