I have Cura 4.20.5-mb (the 'master' version) installed on a Ubuntu 22.04 box, I have loaded a temperature tower to the build plate (extensions - part for calibration - add a petg temp tower), I have called for the post processing script TempFanTower. I must be missing step because the resulting gcode uses the temperature settings given in the slicer and does not issue multiple temperature commands during printing.
      What am I missing ?

Never mind .... I was looking for G10 commands in the resulting gcode and there was only one at the beginning of the gcode file. As it turns out, all subsequent temperature change commands use M104.
As to why my test print didn't change temperatures - not sure yet but it is likely related to the fact that I am using the third extruder (T2) in my printer and the script isn't meant for multi extruder printers. I will have to go through the gcode file and see exactly what is going on. For now, in answer to my question, I am not missing anything other than not taking my overall situation into account.
