you know the components that could be faulty that in case I replace them the regatta with hot air ?
Also because to send it under warranty I don't even remember who I bought it and you can see the original one I buy the new one first but the fact that this thing happened I was very dissatisfied How to talk to the engineer ? -

@paolozampini1973 can you post a close up photo of TR10 with good lighting? It's close to the FAN7 connector. That's the most likely failed component.

Thanks for replying I would have liked to upload a higher resolution photo but the system does not allow me even from 3000k I had to reduce it by 900K
another information on all the drivers are devoid of cooling fin because I have dedicated two 120 mm fans 1 for the duett 2 WiFi and the 2 for the duex 0.11 what do you think?

I can't see any damage. It's a mosfet, so you can test it with a multimeter, but be very careful not to short anything out.
