    DWC Doesn't show heater

      Hi,

      I'm running DUET 3 (3.4.4) and trying to assign 3 heaters to Tool 0.
      Only two heaters show up on the control panel (3 on the graph):

      If I try to comment out Heater 2 (PE-Lower) than Heater 1 (PE-Upper) does show up.
