Fire near CAN_OUT

Hi, had just connected my board to a Pi, updated firmware and got the web UI up. Everything seemed fine and then all of a sudden spark and small fire near the CAN_OUT connector. I had an RJ-11 connector going out to 1xD expansion board and motor controllers. Would appreciate any help, I guess first by just identifying what component that is that burned up. Thanks.

I had a quick look at the schematic, but I'm not much of a schematic wizard unfortunately.
Curious what else was plugged into the boards at the time.

@dom-tr that looks to me like the TS30041 12V regulator chip.
