Hello! So, I have my new Duet 3D and was able to connect to my Macbook Pro no problem. I was able to use it via WIFI the next day, also no problem. Couple days later my mac can't connect to the Duet 3D. I pinged the Duet's IP address and nothing. Tried accessing the control panel through the browser by entering the IP address and nothing. However, I was able to connect to the control panel using its IP address with my phone. So, I know that the Duet if connected to WIFI and active. Any idea what could be blocking the communication between my Mac and the Duet? I did have the VPN disconnected btw.

Is the Mac wired, or wireless?

If wireless, can you try turning wifi off, and on again? Then try pinging it.

@hlauprecht Thank you for your response. The weird thing is that my iphone can connect to the Duet but I cannot connect from the mac. If I ping from the mac it says it can't connect.

@hlauprecht Did you mean 192.168? The 192.163 subnet isn't a private network address.
