One small tweak and now nothing

I needed to adjust my Z probe offset slightly. So no problem opened up confit.g adjusted the offset, saved it asked me to restart and I did and now nothing. No longer connecting to network. Can’t access it. Ran an IP scanner and it’s not showing up on any ip. why does this stuff happen.
Duet2wifi with current firmware

@Adamfilip UGH the Config.g file is now blank! so frustrating.. I am using a Sandish SD Card, its about 6 months old. why is this happening and how do I prevent it

@Adamfilip is the config.bak still there?
There was a race condition in previous releases where the writing of config.g before restarting didn't always happen (assumed to be fixed in RRF 3.4.2. What version of RRF are you running?

@oliof yes thankfully Config bak had a recent copy.

@Adamfilip one for @dc42 since the occassional failed config.g save may deserve some investigation.

I had really hoped this one was put to bed. Alas.
Sounds like there are additional checks planned to help prevent this in the future in coming betas.
