      Hi. I was doing 3D printing with Modix equipment using duet3D board.
      Since last month, there have been cases where panel control has not been able to be controlled during output once every two to three weeks.
      I stopped 3D printing without thinking and started again
      Today, it was printed for more than 40 hours, but it was paused because there was no filament. However, even if I touch the panel, the equipment doesn't get a signal and doesn't work. I ended up turning off the equipment with regret.
      What should I do when the panel loses communication with the duet3D board?
      It's very heartbreaking.

      For your information, I am using duet 2 Wifi for that equipment.

        @Kang-Geon-Han-0 you could

        • try to unplug and replug the PanelDue on the panel side
        • connect via serial usb to talk directly with the board using PuTTY
        • try to see whether Duet Web Control still works.

        In either case, running M122 as soon as possible after a hard reboot and capturing the resukt might help see the issue.

          @oliof Thank you for your reply 🙂
          If there is another problem with the equipment, I will deal with it in the way you told me.

            @Kang-Geon-Han-0:

            • When this issue occurs, does the PanelDue still beep when you touch the on-screen button?
            • When this issue occurs, do the temperatures, axis positions etc. on the PanelDue still update?

              @dc42 :
              When there is a problem, clicking on the screen does not make a beep sound.
              When this issue occurs, do the temperatures, axis positions etc. on the PanelDue not update.

                @oliof said in Panel no work!:

                뽑았다가 다시 꽂아 보십시오.
                직렬 USB를 통해 연결하여 PuTTY를 사용하여 보드와 직접 통신

                Where is the serial USB to connect PuTTY?
                I'm using a duet2 Wi-Fi product, but I can't see the USB port on the board.
                Also, if you run M122, it shows as below, so please check it.
