Input Shaping Conditions

Is there any way to test/evaluate input shaping resonant frequencies during a print move, jerk, and accel, with the nozzle putting out filament at a given flow rate and layer height?
I think that condition would present a more realistic dynamic, as resonant characteristics change when the printhead is actually extruding, and not just freely transitioning across x/y.
Can it be done?

@br7408 Probably the best way to do this is just to run a test print (maybe one designed to test input shaping like this one https://www.klipper3d.org/prints/ringing_tower.stl) and vary the input shaper selected and settings during the print.
