        What type of sensor is that? How is the sensor connected? How are you configuring it?

          but in Duet3 MB6HC first it will show pause popup and then display too little movement popup

            How and where is the sensor mounted?

              @Phaedrux , @dc42 : It's mounted near the extruder.
              Problem is not the mounting position, as it timely detects the 'toolittleMovement', displays a message box on PanelDue also.
              But immediately, this pop up is overridden by "Print Paused" message. Even that disappears in few minutes. Neither console shows any info on why it paused. User does not get to know reason for pause because of this.

              Whereas in Duet -3, Print paused - message appears first, then its overridden by 'Too little movement' pop up message. This message stays on the screen which helps user to understand reason for pause. But in Duet 2, its different.

              How do I ensure in Duet2 code for the Pause message to appear first & be overridden by Toolittle movement error & get same behaviour as in Duet 3 for the user?

                @R006 Duet 2 and Duet 3 should behave the same, at least if they are running the same firmware versions not running with attached SBC.

                      @dc42 : Agree. Hence the question. Can you check this at your end? Does the toolittlemovement error appears before Print paused with Duet 2 unlike in Duet 3? I am using RRF 3.4.4.

                      @KenW : I understand your response, but problem is not the detection of error(its timely), rather Messagebox getting overridden on Panel , by Print pause message.

                          Can you update to 3.4.6 to verify it still occurs in the latest release?

                            @Phaedrux :

                            3.4.6 same as 3.4.4

                            but in 3.4.0beta3 print paused message appears first then it's overridden by 'Too little movement' pop up message.

                            and how i print that messages on console? any suggestions on it?
