      Hi,

      I have read there is a kind of filament for clean Nozzles.

      Someone have tested and can give feedback? Brand?

        I've got some esun cleaning filament not really sure what it's meant to do that using any other filament can't do for you. You can run some through your hotend but I don't see how it cleans it.

        I'll send it you if you want see if you can get something out of it.

          I have some too that anyone is welcome to have. For me, cold pulls with nylon works the best period.

            The idea about cleaning filament as far as I understand it, is that it has a very wide temperature range. Therefore if you go from a low temp to a high temp filament or vice-versa, you can use the cleaning filament to purge residue from the previous filament, without the risc of it getting burned or clogs due a too low purge temp. I have some laying around that I use mainly for hot-end testing purposes when I expect a partial clog or anything.

            If you think trial and error is dangerous, try routine. That's even more so!

              Thanks, that makes sense, I just set temp to higher of the two purge it a little, then lower temp and purge again. But now I know.
