      And another question…........
      On the Duet wiki page for "Choosing a Stepper Motor" the recommendation is to run motors rated around 3 amps. Does this mean smaller motors like nema 14's and 11's rated around 1 amp will not play nice with the TMC2660's?

        What I actually recommend is motors rated at around 2A but not more than 3A. You can use lower powered motors, but I suggest no lower than 1A and preferably a littl higher.
