      Hello everyone,

After 3 weeks I have started up my printer again and I have noticed that it no longer prints correctly.
If I don't print and move the axes, the movements are carried out with the set accelerations and speeds.
When printing, the printer does not reach the set accelerations and speeds.
First layer should be 70mm/s and it prints at 4mm/s. It looks as if the acceleration values suddenly no longer fit, because you can see how it accelerates and requires a greater distance to do so.

I have not adjusted anything on the printer or the slicer. I have only updated OrcaSlicer to 1.9.0.

I then wanted to update the firmware from 3.5.0RC1 to 3.5.0RC2 and now have no access to the printer at all. No IP or temperature is displayed on the PanelDue and I can't see the interface in the browser.
The data is available on the SD card.
      However, access is not possible.

      I’m using Duet 3 6HC

      I am extremely annoyed.

How can I access the printer again?

      Thanks for your help

        @gringo see https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Troubleshooting/Duet_wont_respond

Work through the troubleshooting steps there, and let us know what works and what doesn’t. Sounds like it may be SD card related, or possibly firmware has been erased.

Erased the Firmware and flashed it with BOSSA again.
          Printer runs.

But the other Problem is still there.
The Printer prints too slow. Fast moves are ok.

It looks to me as if the acceleration is no longer correct when printing.
The rapid traverse is accelerated correctly and also driven quickly.

@gringo using PrusaSlicer? It has a habit of outputting speeds and acceleration settings, and M204 (sets travel and printing accelerations), at the beginning of Gcode. I think this may be changed behaviour, as I’m sure I had it turned off before, but it’s come back. Post a small Gcode file if you still have problems.

Using OrcaSlicer 1.9.0 and testet PrusaSlicer 2.7.1.
There is no difference between both.
I’m thinking if PA or IS reduces the print speed, but i don't changed anything..

Did you check the generated gcode for any commands that might be changing the acceleration settings?

                  Checked it today.
OrcaSlicer 1.9.0 edited some Rows in the G-Code, after I commented it out it works.
