I have a fan with tacho that has 2 pulses per revolution and it's a 7,000 rpm fan. when I put it at half speed it shows 21,000 rpm.

Is it possible in a future version to use the K value to calculate lower speeds? I would have thought that was the purpose in the first place.

@gnydick Is it a 3- or 4-wire fan? 3-wire fans only show the correct rpm at full speed, because they should really be controlled with a variable voltage, not PWM. PWM messes up the tacho reading.

@droftarts I found that I needed to change the pwm frequency, then it started working. thank you.
