Forum Subscriptions not working correctly

Whenever I post a comment in an existing thread which I subscibed before, I get unsubscribed from the thread.
I even have checked "Automatically subscribe to every thread you comment in." in my profile settings.In my oppinion this should not be happening.

It's a known issue, when we switch to a new forum software it should work. Timing tbc on that switch though
