im unable to understand how to setup the config.g in order to get a normally open z probe to work.
I want to be able to use the z probe connection header so E0 endstop remains free for filament runout detector later on.
MODE 5 is the way to go but below , in the documentation, says a microswitch must be connected to E0 thats why im confused

To use a normally open microswitch connected to the Z probe connector, use P7 and I1 in the M558 command. You must be using firmware 1.20 or later to use P7.

Hi David. If there is room in your busy schedule (not sarcasm) could the new probe modes be documented into the dozuki wiki?

                I installed 1.20rc2

1.20 full release has been available for some time, see https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/releases.

I have updated the documentation for M558 on the GCodes wiki page.
