Configuration cyclops, bondtech and duet.

I can not calibrate the retractions of my cyclops e3d in any way, there are always the typical threads. I'm crazy changing all the possible configurations in both simplify3d and Duet. I have an extruder Bondtech. I could pass someone who has cyclops, Bondtech, the SF3D settings and acceleration, speed and jerk in Duet if it works well in retractions?
