And yeah - I mean filling the extrusion voids areas with epoxy. But to be sure - I don't mean the voids inside the extrusion but the space between 2 parallel extrusions when no moving parts interferes.

Lol what?? Stepper motors have resonant frequencies that cause tons of vibrations at certain constant speeds.
