Which firmware version is your Duet WiFi running?

Hi, firmware 1.7 Reprapfirmware.

That's quite old, and there were major changes at version 1.19. I suggest you upgrade to version 1.21. See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Installing_and_Updating_Firmware#Section_Upgrading_to_DuetWiFiFirmware_1_Num_19 for the special procedure for upgrading from pre-1.19 to 1.19 or later. You can use that procedure to migrate directly to 1.21, but read the upgrade notes for 1.21 and the versions you skipped.

Is there any way I can buy a card with this done? I am the worlds worst at doing this sort of thing I am more of a build man than a techno man. Thanks Mike

It's not just a matter of changing the SD card because two sets of firmware on the Duet need to be changed too.

What program are you using to communicate with the Duet? I don't recognise those responses.
