Connect mechnical end stop switch to x and y axis

how can i connect it to the x and y axis
and what is the wiring
i am using duet 8.5

Pin 1 VCC (+5vdc) led won't be as bright on 3.3vdc
Pin 2 Ground
Pin 3 Ground
Pin 4 Signal
