I had the same issue with firefox, internet explorer and google chrome.
Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I couldn't reproduce it, maybe it is my antivirus software (ESET Smart Security) or something like that. -

Try pressing control-shift-J to get the debug console, and see if there are any exception messages.

Another problem:
The last page ignores my "Cooling fans" settings for "Monitored heaters". I want the first fan to react to E0, the second to E1.
If I select this and press Finish, E0 + E1 is selected (and downloaded) for each fan.
