I'm using the heater/pwm pins for extraneous stuff. What is the max current draw for each of the heater 5V pwm pins? And what would the max total current draw be from all the pins combined?

For the servo signal output pins, the absolute maximum is 25mA per pin and 50mA total for all pins driven by the same chip. For the +5V pins, the limitation is that the 5V supply to the DueX5 passes through a single ribbon cable conductor, so I suggest no more than 300mA total.
