Mesh leveling not working?

I've done a manual mesh bed leveling and all looks good on the heatmap, i enable the mesh in the machine control.
But when i try to print nothing happens, don't jog the Z axis at all and ofc the print don't stick. -
- What type of machine?
- What type of Z probe?
- Have you set the trigger height of your Z probe correctly in the G31 command?
- If you send the head to Z=0, does that put the nozzle just touching the bed?
