      Is it possible to integrate a filament diameter monitor to the Duet to adjust extrusion rate? I've found this https://www.tindie.com/products/JasonKits/3d-printer-filament-diameter-sensing--assembled/ which outputs the diameter as a voltage (1.75mm = 1.75v) and would like to experiment with using it to change the extrusion rate if possible.

        Interesting. But to be accurate, I think you need 2 sensors, rotated 90°, so you can re-construct the section. This because the filament is not really circular, but more often oval...
