      filabase 300*300mm bed with 24v and 450w is suitable for duetwifi please help me to solve this problem

        450W @ 24V is 18.75A, which is above the recommended maximum bed heater current of 18A. You could turn down the PSU voltage to 23V to bring the current in range, or use a SSR - see https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Choosing_a_bed_heater#Section_Low_voltage_12V_or_24V_DC_bed_heater.

          sir if i use power supply 24v @ 18A for duetwifi ,so it is ok for 24v and 18.75A heat bed

              No. The power supply needs ro be sufficient to power both the bed heater and everything else attached to the Duet. A 24V 600W power supply should suffice.
