Hello I just bought a wifi duet for my ender 3, this printer comes with 24v hot bed, can I connect directly to the duetwifi without any mosfet?

Measure the resistance across the heater and calculate the power draw at 24V. There are specs detailing the current recommended maximum current draw on the heated bed connectors. I think that was 18A, do check this.

You should check the bed heater resistance using a multimeter as has been described already; but as the bed of the Ender 3 is only 220x220mm, the current draw of the bed is sure to be well within the 18A limit of the Duet.
