Homes fine but Y axis acts crazy when trying to move manual

Homes perfect all axis, manually X works perfect, Z works perfect, Y won't do any thing at all but chatter. Printer is setup as a CoreXY. Any ideas whats causing this?

That sounds like wrong polarity or a bad crimped contact / wire.
Check the wires/contacts/connections to your Y stepper with a multimeter
