when print temp go to 0



  • hi everyone,

    when i hit print or upload and start a print my temp go to 0

    i must change it in the drop down menu to the temp i want. than he print good.

    someone know where to look. this is my config.g

  • This is coming from this command in your config:
    G10 P0 R0 S0 ; Set initial tool 0 active and standby temperatures to 0C.
    Delete it or add a semicolon in front to disable it

    I don't think this is related to config.g, it sounds more like you have some code in your start G-code that sets the nozzle temperature back to 0 (because apparently it happens after using upload&print). Can you provide the G-code file so we can have a look?

    i have only one problem with my fan. my tool fan is always on.
    is my fan code good?

    I am connected to fan1 and my config has "M106 P1 T45 H1"



  • Temperature control settings are in your GCode program that you upload to the printer. Set the proper temp in your slicer for whatever material you are running.

    Also Is your fan plugged into the always on fan on your board? Check where you have the fan plugged into the Duet Board.

    my fan is connected to a pwm port. if i have it correct port 2.

    i can control it in dwc but he is always on, on a low output in the beginning, and when i move the slicer up in dwc he going to high flow.

    so i can control but i cannot get it off. this is not slicer related because in dwc is the problem also

    Try a different fan port to see if one of the mosfet's is bad. Don't forget to reconfigure for the new fan port.
