      After finishing building my new printer I starte to tune dimensions and macros of my old printer to the new.

      Both are coreXY but the dimensions limits changed a little.

      For a start, the X0 Y0 is offset -60mm for Y. So I used M206 Y-60 to set this offset.

      There is where my problems start!

      If I manually, gcode by gcode, apply my home all macro then it works flawlessly but I execute a G28 a G0 command to send the tool to X132 Y156 send it to X132 Y96!!!!! But only when executed from the G28 or home all DWC button. If I do line per line all goes well.

      The same happens for the G32, that I use with dual lead screws to correct the tilt of the bed. And so with the mesh commands of G29 - if I execute from the console the go to the correct XY coordinates. If I command from macros or system macros then they consider Y-60 as Y0 and the too goes out of the bed...

      What am I doing wrong?

      Firmware: 2.02RC3

      My config.g concerned part:
      ; Axis Limits
      M206 Y-60
      M208 X0 Y0 Z0 S1 ; Set axis minima
      M208 X294 Y330 Z270 S0 ; Set axis maxima (needed to set the maxima as +60!!!!! why?? My real max is 270mm!!!!)

      My homeall.g
      ; homeall.g
      ; called to home all axes
      ;

      ;

      ; Probe the bed
      ;
      M558 A1 F350 ; Set single probing at faster feed rate
      G30 ; Do a single probe to home our Z axis
      M558 A10 F100 ; Set tripple probing at slower feed rate
      G30 ; Probe again to get a more accurate position

      M400 ; make sure everything has stopped before we make changes
      M98 P"0:/sys/m_set_normal_speeds.g" ; set normal Z speeds and accelerations

        When you say the offset is -60mm for Y, do you mean that the Y homing switch triggers at Y=-60mm? If so then you should change the first M208 command to:

        M208 X0 Y-60 Z0 S1 ; Set axis minima

        and not use M206 at all. See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Centering_the_bed_or_setting_the_bed_origin.

            Hello,
            Greetings from YD.

            My problem is related to Delta homing.

            Whenever I try to home X, Y and Z axes, all the axes go 5 mm up and stop. I have tried all the possibilities that came to my mind. But all failed.

            1. Changed stepper motor with higher current rating and holding torque
            2. Tried all the possibilities with GCode and Mcode.

            So I hereby seek expert advice.

            My Config. g file is as follows:

            ; Configuration file for Duet WiFi (firmware version 1.21)

              Further my X and Y axes work perfectly fine as in for X+10 Y + 10, they both go up by 10 mm but for Z+5. Z axis comes down 5 mm. Code for this as follows:

              M569 P0 S0 ; Drive 0 goes backwards
              M569 P1 S0 ; Drive 1 goes backwards
              M569 P2 S0 ; Drive 2 goes backwards

              OR

              M569 P0 S1 ; Drive 0 goes forwards
              M569 P1 S1 ; Drive 1 goes forwards
              M569 P2 S1 ; Drive 2 goes forwards

              In either case, the same problem was observed.

              I tried changing the polarities only for Z. When i changed the polarities for Z, it was observed that during homing movement, X and Y went up but Z went down.

              Further I tried with Duet3D code that came with DUET wifi board in an SD card. WIth that also, the delta homing is not happening.

              So i am hereby messed up totally with Delta configuration, but my CoreXY is working nicely (at least printing).

              Kindly provide your valuable help for Delta printer configuration.

                  @yd14 You should probably start a new thread for your problem rather than posting in a thread that is already marked as solved.
