Connection disconnect

We have a large volume delta printer using a Duet Wifi board and it is hooked up to our uni's VPN network together with a livestreaming webcam so we can shut it down from home should the need ever arise.
However, it is kicking us out of the web interface after some (seemingly random) amount of time, not very helpful if you're trying to hit that emergency stop. Turning the printer off and on again allows us to reconnect, but that's obviously not a permanent solution. Anyone got an idea how to troubleshoot this? We've already ruled out the VPN connection as the source of this issue.

Firmware and DWC version? Upgrade if you aren't on the latest. Improvements have been made recently.

@phaedrux I've never looked at firmware before but it's still at 1.21, this may be causing the issue then.
