Delta Homing Issue with Duet wifi

Hello.. I need help for Delta homing
Whenever I try to home X, Y and Z axes, all the axes go 5 mm up and stop. I have tried all the possibilities that came to my mind. But all failed.
Changed stepper motor with higher current rating and holding torque
Tried all the possibilities with GCode and Mcode.
So I hereby seek expert advice.My Config. g file is as follows:

Further my X and Y axes work perfectly fine as in for X+10 Y + 10, they both go up by 10 mm but for Z+5. Z axis comes down 5 mm. Code for this as follows:

I tried changing the polarities only for Z. When i changed the polarities for Z, it was observed that during homing movement, X and Y went up but Z went down.
Further I tried with Duet3D code that came with DUET wifi board in an SD card. WIth that also, the delta homing is not happening.
So i am hereby messed up totally with Delta configuration, but my CoreXY is working nicely (at least printing).
Kindly provide your valuable help for Delta printer configuration.

I don't understand fully. Does it go UP 5mm and stop BEFORE reaching the endstops?
That all towers home when you home only one of them in DWC is normal for delta's.
Have you checked the correct functioning of the endstops using M119? -
Please test the motors individually as described at https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/ConfiguringRepRapFirmwareDeltaPrinter#Section_Testing_the_motors_individually. Then test the endstop switches as at https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_endstop_switches#Section_Test_endstop_switches.

What DC42 said... test the motors and report back.
ALSO... there is often confusion for someone who's never had a delta, caused by the towers being called "X, Y, and Z". Read the following carefully:

Assume the nozzle is at X0, Y0, Z100 (roughly the middle, and about 100mm above the bed).

Issue a "G1 Z90".

ALL THREE TOWERS WILL MOVE, straight down, 10mm. Make sense? NOT the Z tower. The NOZZLE moved in Z, and it took all three towers to make that move.
Second scenario:

Start in the same place X0Y0Z100.

Issue a "G1 X10Y10".

ALL THREE TOWERS WILL MOVE in a complex fashion, two of them down and one of them up, all in unequal amounts, so that the nozzle moves to X10Y10.
OK... got the concept that ALL THREE TOWERS are involved in almost every move? Then also understand that homing is different. The homeall.g file adds the "S1" parameter to the G1 commands. "G1 S1 whatever..." DOES move INDIVIDUAL towers... as needed for homing.

Again, all above is intended to help you understand what you are seeing when the printer moves. Deltas can be very counter-intuitive if you've never had one.
P.S. Your files look correct (except, of course, I have no idea which way your motors should be moving).

And... if it moves 5mm and stops, with that homeall.g, MOST LIKELY, the printer thinks all 3 endstops are already triggered.
As Dave said, follow the "test endstop" procedure at the link he gave. DON'T change a bunch of other stuff until you are sure the endstops are working correctly, and the motors are turning in the right direction.
