I have a BLtouch setup, works ok except when I do bed mesh compensation the bltouch goes off the bed because is 50MM offset from the extruder. The duet seems to account for the offset distance set on the config.g for G28 and Bed Auto Compensation, but for G29 it goes off the bed....any ideas?

For G28 the probe position is controlled in the homeall.g.
For G29 it's controlled by the M557 grid layout.

Check that you have set the X and Y offsets of the BLTouch from the nozzle correctly in your G31 command in config.g. Also check that the mesh limits set by your M557 command are within the limits of the bed.
