      Not sure what has changed but all sudden my bed mesh level G29 using bltouch is a mess, I cant explain it other than by the pic attached..Any tips?

            i mean is this like a prank or something? LOL....surely my bed isnt all twisted up like that, because when i try to print it messes up the first layer just like that....

              I think your X axis is loose in some way. G29 probes alternate lines in opposite X directions. What I think is happening is that when the belt pulls the X carriage, it tilts the carriage, changing the nozzle height. When the belt pulls the carriage the other way, it tilts the carriage the other way.

                @dc42 awesome tip as always man, will give that a shot!!

                btw, am using a DyzeXtruder and Hotend direct drive combo....any suggestions on any specific configs for it? its the 500C version 12v

                  I haven't used the Dyze so i can't really help. I know some users had problems with the Dyze thermistor because of its very high resistance at room temperature, but AFAIR they brought out a PT100 alternative. Maybe they offer PT1000 as well now.

                    @dc42 i have the PT100 sensor with MAX31865 board, is working great thou i tend to get a clog here and there....thanks I took care of the bed issue, i retighten the X carriage and belt and it seems to have gone away
