The video explains the problem, it's not the code (I don't think) I've tried config.g files from 2 other people and it's the same problem.
Printer was working great from stock.
Any ideas much appreciated!!

From your video it sounds like either the stepper wiring isn't quite right, or there is some binding going on.
I'd suggest testing the Z axis stepper decoupled from the leadscrew so that it can spin freely. If it still stutters like that, then you may have a broken wire, re-crimp the connector ends if you can.
