@jay_s_uk I put a new SD card in with all news files and still the same issue. I think I am going to return the board to see if its faulty.
Thx for the help. I'Il post here if there are any updates on the situation

@Phaedrux I succesfully flashed the firmware to the Duet with the instructions. Also updated the web interface files on the SD card. Afterwards I started the Duet and it is still having the same issue: works for 1 min and randomly disconnects.
Is there anything I can still try or should I contact 123-3D.nl for warranty replacement?
@Phaedrux thanks for the tips, I'Il try it today. My PC is a 5 year old Acer laptop (windows 11). The Duet is connected to a normal tp-link wifi router via ethernet cable. Never had any problems with this setup untill I bought a new Duet board. Also tried a different router and ethernet cable and changed some settings like channel, but no succes yet
@Phaedrux I just turned on the duet and couldnt connect. So I mannualy turned networking off with M552 S0 en turned it back on with M552 P'different IP adress' S1. After this I was able to connect for about one minute and got this M122 report:

I've tried the the steps in WIFI troubelshouting that are applicable to duets with ethernet but no luck so far. I have also replaced the router + ethernet cable but also no effect.
I noticed the MCU temperature is consistently around 40C even when the printer is idle (it says max temp 41C). Is this normal and could it be the reason it keeps randomly disconnecting?
if anyone has an idea what I could try please let me know. If not I might consider sending the board back to see if its faulty.
Thx for the quick response!
I updated the firmware and DWC to 3.4.5. The error 'failed to get file list' is now gone and the connectivity issues are better but still there.
It seems to randomly disconnect with the message 'network error'. sometimes it reconnects itself and other times I have to put in te M552 commannd manualy.
Any ideas what I could try?
Update: it looks like installing the 3.4.5 firmware and new DWC files solved the issues. I'Il post again if there are any problems.
Thx for the quick response!!!!
I bought a new Duet 3 6hc. For some reason the web control keeps disconnecting. I also get the error: 'Failed to get file list'. I checked my sd card and there don't seem to be any missing files. I also updated the firmware but no succes.
The Sd cart I am using is from my older duet 3 6hc, but never had any connectivity issues untill the very end when I had an unfortunate short that killed the board.
Sometimes it disconnects and connects again a few seconds later. Other times it just wont connect and I have to manualy type the M522 S0 command, change the IP address and turn the network on again.
Any ideas what the problem might be?
