@Phaedrux Just put a twist in the wiring with a drill and heatgun. Running a print now to see how reliable it is.
I'd rather not place the monitor so far from the extruder but low accuracy is preferable to random pauses from comm errors.

I had it mounted right before the extruder but wiring had to pass a long distance beside the extruder stepper motor's wires. Concerned it might have been interference I moved it to the end of the bowden tube. I have a Railcore 300ZL (https://www.filastruder.com/products/railcore-ii-300zl-kit)
This new position keeps the monitor wiring away from stepper motor wiring.
Seems to report fine. agc is much less than 105

I have the rotating magnet filament sensor and keep getting "Extruder 0 reports sensor not working" at seemingly random intervals and the print gets paused.
In between those failures, the sensor works fine. I read elsewhere that it might be due to interference so I moved the wiring outside of the wire harness to be away from stepper wiring but the issue persists.
In the meantime I've had to remove the sensor. I went through the troubleshooting page and nothing on it seems applicable to my situation. The agc is 74, other values are well within range and everything appears to be working normally outside of this intermittent issue.
I think I may have solved it. Missing S2 on the second last line. That'll teach me to work on this stuff so late at night and tired.
I am trying to run homex.g via M98 and it seems to produce the following error:
12:00:39 AM
M98 P"homex.g"
Error: G0/G1: insufficient axes homed

I can run the contents myself with no issues at all. It is only when I try to invoke with M98 does this issue arise.
