@T3P3Tony Sensitivity is not an issue, as i said earlier i have other effectors and with them the sensitivity its perfect, not triggering when machine is not mooving and olso is not when its mooving so settings must be pretty good, its triggering withouth a mounted fan, right now i have only PCB and hotend block without any other parts and still getting bad readings.

@dc42 actually i was tryng without a mounted fan, i have 3 machines that are built in the same way so they must act in all the same, i am testing this PCB without any fans mounted and when axis moove the led its permatriggered, instead with others effectors the led trigger only when he touch something, so yes its triggering as it is stationary and fans are not even mounted, i used this effector for like 5 months, and it worked well, then a day started with this issue i tried a lot of mount and unmount to find out if it was a physical problem of mooving parts but look like its not.

Hi everybody my smart effector started to act like this: when i start the printer, after the loading the led trigger randomly very often and when printer its mooving its permatriggered, i have 3x delta printers with 3x smart effectors, i tried other 2 smart effectors on this printer and work fine, so i'm assuming after a lot of unmount and mount to find out where is the problem to avoid rattling parts, that PCB its faulty, if someone can help me i would really appreciate, thanks.
