Thanks for the quick response. Didn't know the 2660s don't have stealthchop.
Do you get high pitch sounds at low voltages?

Looking into getting this board but I am curious if running 12V do you have issues running on StealthChop, similar to what happens to TMC2100?
I have a rumba currently with TMC2100 and initially had them set to 1A. they started printing fine, but all the sudden started to shift layers. If was very subtle but you can see a vertical wall to be inclined. Increased the current to 1.25A and the problem has not appeared again.
It is my understanding that StealthChop is not recommended for printers in general, however, in my case spreadcycle is not an option. I had them initially configured with spreadcycle bit high pitch noise made them unusable. Also, Waterott said something about 18V min to avoid this issue and dont really want to change the voltage system.
Also, i really like the stealthchop mode obviously because is really silent and i know of a couple of people running replicapes at 12v that have not had any layer shift issue.
Thus, can the duet do fine in stealthchop @12V ?
Thanks for your feedback.
