Board works perfectly when powered via USB. I can power the board via usb and connect the 4 pin wire harness, and it communicates perfectly with the Duet.

Thanks for the reply. I verified the cable had continuity on all pins, and I tried powering the panel due directly by hooking up a power supply to the 5v and gnd pins on the board and no luck. Visually the board looks ok, the pins are soldered and firm and no signs of damage anywhere

Hey all,
Running a Paneldue 5i connected to a duet wifi board. Had to move my printer last night, and while getting it set up, the PanelDue started to flash white bars across the screen. After about 1 minute, it shut off for good. I've checked everything (wire continuity, power through USB, etc) and determined that the Paneldue is not receiving power through the 5V and GND pins on the 4 pin connector. Does anyone have any ideas of where I can go from here to figure out what's not working on the board? Thanks for the help!
