Thermostatically Controlled Fan Confusion
Up until now I've had my hotend fan on constantly and just set it up to be thermostatically controlled. I have it hooked up to Fan 1 (not Fan0) and have M106 P1 T45 S255 H1 in my config.g. Now, when I manually enter the temperature, the fan turns on and off when it reaches and falls below 45deg, respectively. But when I start a print and it gets to the desired temp, the fan doesn't turn on until I stop the print (when it's over 45). Any ideas on what's happening?
PS: I tested a print as M106 P1 H-1. It was on at first, but turned off once the print started. Is it something in the slicer (I'm using Simplify3d)? I can't find anything that could override the fan control.
Auto Calibration Confusion
Hi all! I'm trying to re-setup my Rostock Max V2 after sending my Duetwifi to the shop for some minor repairs, but my auto-calibration routine seems to be going haywire. I have FSR's under the bed. This is what's happening:
1. When it runs through the calibration routine, in between each peripheral point it makes this sweeping motion by the Z tower and goes down in between the X and Z Towers as if to make contact, but never does.
2. When it makes contact at the points I can see that it is indeed sensing the bed and pulls up at all of my points.
3. When the routine is over, I'm getting no results (no error messages either); no deviation factor, I run M665 and M666, but getting my original results.
I do have S6 at the end of my bed.g code, so I don't even know where to start. I was hoping someone might recognize the symptoms and could offer an explanation. The guy who repaired my Duetwifi updated my WiFi Server firmware and Duet Web Control, I'm wondering if that has anything to do with my issue.
Here's my bed.g:

I followed the directions, everything went well. I had noticed the iap4e.bin file in the stable folder, thought it wasn't included in the instructions because it was new, and stupidly decided to install it. Now I'm getting a 404.
Now I just want to start from scratch…can I get a link to upload the original factory files? I found one for the duetethernet, is there one for the wifi? There isn't a "sys" file in the duetethernet image folder, was there not one in the original duetwifi?
