Well you've got two options, find someone who already has a working cura printer profile and print settings for the railcore and get them to share it with you, or manually creating a custom printer entry in cura and populating it with the relevant details and then taking a default print profile and customizing it.
I'd try and find a profile from someone else as a starting point unless you're a dab hand with the slicer.
In fact, it looks like they already have a repository: https://github.com/railcore/slicers (though may still want to ask if anyone has a recent one)
