Hi all,

I'm assembling my own 3D printer that runs on a Duet 3 mini 5 and 3HC expansion board. My colleagues have many of the same 3D printers assembled and working, I'm using the same config but I constantly got this kind of error:
Error: Failed to write to file, error code 1. Card may be full.
And then I lost access to all files in the SD card.
Error: Homing file xxxx.g not found. (xxxx could be anything from homex, homey, homez, homeall, and it occurs randomly at any homing procedure)
And all files are not accessible until I power cycle the printer.
I thought it was the problem with the SD card as some of the other posts said but after trying two more functional SD cards the same error occurs again and again. The M122 diagnostics suggest the SD card was detected.
Now I'm suspicious if it is the problem with the Duet 3 board.
