    • RE: Stuttering on perimeters

I had this same problem! My print head was visibly stuttering during perimeters where one perimeter pass would end and the next concentric perimeter pass would start. The issue was my jerk speed was too low. For some reason, M566 in the config.g file for jerk or instantaneous speed change is in units of mm/min rather than mm/sec, so you have to be cognizant of that when you dial in your settings. I just stepped mine up to 2400 mm/min (40 mm/sec) and now my perimeters are printing beauteously, and not leaving an obvious bump where the part's seam is.

I really hope this solves your problem. It solved it for me!

    • RE: Updating Web Interface and Server

Ok, thank you for your help David. I did try with and without Vin power, no luck. As I do not have the experience needed to rework this myself, I will contact Filastruder.

Thank you for the fast response. No luck with heating up the board to ~55C with a hair dryer or putting my finger on R103 while trying to update. I have a blue duet wifi which I purchased through Filastruder. What steps should I take next? Any other ideas?

I too am having this exact same problem, but with the duetwebcontrol.bin installation. I followed the same steps as johneato for the web interface and pronterface and had the same results. Any progress on finding out why this is happening?
