I've tried several using the M906 command ranging from 800 to 1700 with no change at all in the behavior. I have it set to 800 in the config currently and the second board has no problems running it with sd card I pulled from the problem board.

It appears as though the connector for the stepper motor is fine, the pins are all level, in place, and at the same height as all of the other motor connectors and the solder on the bottom looks like it is making a good connection. Using a multimeter to test each pin and wiggling the probes around to try to cause a problem isn't showing any faults from the solder on the board to the top of the pin on the other side of the board.

I recently ordered 2 additional DuetWifi (bringing my total to 4) and it appears as though one of them has problems with the E1 stepper. I contacted the seller of the board (Filastruder) and they recommend I post here to get support for the problem. The problem is that after a certain amount of time (a few minutes at max) of the E1 stepper being enabled, the stepper no longer takes steps anymore and the motor makes an odd sound anytime it attempts to step. I attempted to change the motor to a known good motor but the problem still persisted. Using the same config (same sd card) and ensuring second board is on the same firmware as the first, the second DuetWifi does not experience the problem with the E1 stepper which leads me to believe I have a board with a problem. With the problem board I'm not seeing any obvious signs of failure, the only physical oddity I have found was a bent/not completely level pins on the jumper by R87 which my 3 good DuetWifi boards do not have. Here is a picture of the problem board What further steps can I take to resolve this problem?
