I'd like to make my custom icons.
I see they are there in the source code as an array. For example:

extern const uint8_t IconNozzle1[] =
{ 30, 28, // width, height
0xbb, 0xbb, 0xbb, 0xbb, 0xbb, 0xbb, 0xbb, 0xbb, 0xb0, 0x00, 0x00, 0xbb,
etc.....

How can i generate an array like that from my bitmap image?
