    • RE: Z probe already triggered at start of probing move

Got it solved. The code changes form Phaedrux helped a bunch, but the white wire dc42 recommended was ultimately the culprit.

      Thanks both for your help!

      now to finish calibrating it.

I don't have one that works presently. but it's been verified with a jewelers lens. It's very clearly cut unless it goes deep into the PCB

I can't get a good picture of it, but it's the latest version of the BL touch ordered about 2 months ago: https://www.antclabs.com/bltouch

I am running 3.3v logic on it.

      I was using 2.00, and 2.01

Reverting to 1.21 resolved my issues.

I downgraded the firmware to the latest 1.21 and all my problems have either been solved or massively improved.

Config's and sample code attached. It's just 3 layers of the gcode but it does happen here.

    • BL Touch deploying during print

I'm at a loss for this one. The probe will deploy mid print and hit the print.

Anyone seen this before. Seems to happen at layer change.

    • Filament Jams

I've got a Tevo Little monster that I've upgrade to a Duet WiFi. Been working pretty good, but starting having an odd issue.

Running Hatchbox Black PLA, everything works great.

Switch to Hatchbox Blue PLA and the printer will Jam after about 1 hour of printing. The jam actually occurs in the nozzle.

I thought it might be the nozzle, and i was wanting to upgrade to an e3d hot end, so i've replaced the nozzle, thermister, block and heater cartage. All of this didn't solve the issue. I've also upped the temp about 10 degrees but that didn't' seem to help.

      Does anyone have any idea's?

      thanks,
