I have opened a ticket to E3D-Online support and to activate the warranty, certain conditions must be met, including the following :

2. If Duet confirms that it is a fault with their product they will do so on the post, please note that this will need to be a Duet Admin that confirms the need for a replacement.

I bought it on June 04, 2020 on the E3D-Oline website. I confirm 3 sd cards and none worked and followed the recommendations of the link: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/SD_Card.

I'm kidding at the price a Duet3D motherboard costs, I'm not going to do any soldering since it's still under warranty.

Here are the errors I am getting:

So far I have tried:

reformat the supplied SD card. (format in MS-DOS FAT32, then copy the 'sys', 'macros' and 'gcode' folders to the card) -> no luck

tried two other cards that I bought. -> always the same result.
