New Modix BIG-120x commission [Duet wifi RR 3.4.2 Config A]

• LED lights on the clog detectors and the board flash in unison while filament is passing through [jobs are currently printing successfully]. After a few seconds, pause state triggers, "no filament..." prompt comes up. No visible issues with filament or nozzle.

• M591 D0 S0 -> resume printing.

• Currently printing, M591 D0: "Pulse-type filament monitor on pin e0stop, disabled, sensitivity 3.200mm/pulse, allowed movement 10% to 300%, check every 10.0mm, no data received"

• Issue repeats with every print. This occurs with both E0 and E1 clog detectors.

Modix customer service has me connect the clog detector cable into the zstop port to test if it's the clog detector or the board.

Run a test print, LED lights are flashing correctly, no pause states triggered.

M591 D0: I begin getting readings from the clog detector. When I revert everything back, it goes back to non-functioning.

Is this a board warranty issue?
