The current is 800 mA. I've removed all the cables it is still "temperature-warning standstill". And only both extruder chips will be very hot. Maybe both chips are damaged.

Extruder engines do not work
Hello
For 2 weeks my printer with Duet Wifi finished. And he really works very well. But since 4 days both extruder engines Drive 3 / Drive 4 (Nema 17HS08-1004S) work no longer. Connected to X Drive 0 and Y Drive 1 they work. They are also not heated or make noises. The chips have no damage on the surface. All cables were reconnected with plugs.
The diagnosis is "temperature-warning standstill". What can it mean?
Strangely, it was only printed with Drive 4. The printer is operated with 24V. Where is the error?
